Please follow the below rules:
1. Click START > RUN and type "regedit" (without inverted comma), 2. And go to "HKEY_Local_Macine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\Explorer\Desktop\Namespace", 3. Click the "+" button on Namespace, 4. Find "645FF040-5081-101B-9F08-00AA002F954E" and click it, 5. Double-Click "Default" and remove "Recycle Bin" from Value Data. 6. Reboot your computer now, and you're done.
Note: And if you want the Recycle Bin in your desktop again then just repeat the process 1 to 4, and on Value Data, type "Recycle Bin"(without inverted comma)
